Parking is convenient, the hot water is very hot, and the owner is very friendly. No negatives.

The cleanliness was pretty good, and the staff were all very nice—thanks! The only issue was that a downstairs neighbor seemed to be chatting loudly in the living room around 1 a.m., which lowered our sleep quality, though it was probably an isolated incident.
