I got a refund after deciding not to stay because of the uncleanness. The obvious problems were a huge cockroach beside the bed, bed linen with holes, a strange sock on the bedside table, and suspicious toilet‑paper scraps under the bed. After I complained they offered to change rooms, but I just wanted to leave because the whole place was nasty.

The mattresses were very uncomfortable—hard as a rock. Most Southeast Asian mattresses are firm, but these were painful. Also, there was no bar fridge in the room, which is unusual.

The location was convenient and the rooms were tidy, but I felt uneasy leaving my motorcycle parked on the street overnight, even though a guard was present.
