The hotel was pretty, charming, and had amazing décor right in the city center; the staff were super attentive. The food was a whole different level—breakfast was delicious, and I got to dine at Bartolomeu, which was a pleasant surprise; chef Miguel showed great care and skill in preparing the menu, the presentation was gorgeous, and the taste was flawless. No negatives.

The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous, but the two flights of stairs meant the hotel had to carry our bags for us; the apartment was just around the corner from the hotel.

The location, modern facilities, immaculate cleanliness, easy access, and the delicious, friendly breakfast service included with brilliant staff made it a perfect stay.
