The room was lovely right on Main Street, just a 2‑minute walk to the train station. The door code was displayed on a dim light and I couldn’t see it; it also turned backwards to open when I expected it to turn forward.

At first I couldn't find the car park because my sat nav misdirected me; the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and guided me to the parking area. She also checked me in upon arrival, was friendly, and showed me to the room, which turned out to be exactly what I expected, had everything I needed, and was surprisingly quiet despite being above a pub. The bonus was a fan/light above one of the twin beds I chose to sleep on, which was great since I get hot at night, and it was a welcomed bonus. Nothing was missing; everything was good for the price.

The location was good, the refrigerator and ceiling fans were very welcome as the weather was hot during our stay, and the room was a good size and very clean.

The room was spotless and cozy, and the shower was superb; the fan that came with the room was a big plus. There was nothing negative to mention.
