What I liked most was the location; it’s very strategic and you only need to walk about 180 meters to catch public transport and move around easily. The bathroom cleanliness needs a lot of improvement—although they’re refurbished, the showers in particular require a deep clean. They also didn’t do a daily room cleaning, so after one day all the rubbish piled up. There were very few towels, not enough for the whole stay. Another uncomfortable point was that there was no air‑conditioner control in the room; every time I needed to adjust the temperature I had to call reception. Overall, these are cleaning and service details that should be improved significantly.
