The bathtub didn't drain properly, but everything else was clean.

I was very pleased with the room and the space; everything was far from walking distance, the area was very quiet, and there was plenty of privacy.

I keep coming back to Beachside during the open season at Sylvan Beach because it’s always my top pick. The staff, location, and rooms are all excellent.
The floors were not clean.

Convenient spot, spotlessly clean, beds work fine, kitchenette is tidy and functional. The staff answered small requests quickly. The place is simple but decent for four people; a larger unit would feel cramped. We stayed in one of the two bigger units in the newer out‑building, so these comments may not match the older single rooms in the main building. A bigger dining table for more than two, maybe with folding leaves, would help, and the bedrooms could use some extra chairs.
