There was nothing to like or dislike until our confirmed booking, made a week earlier, was denied a night before arrival because they claimed a mistake in not blocking it. Reading other reviews shows this has happened to several guests, which I find pathetic. We had to scramble for another place at the last minute, and the way they simply said they couldn't accommodate us at the last moment, despite our confirmed booking a week prior, was unacceptable.
