The owner was prompt and the location is in a quiet area. Clear directions made self‑check‑in straightforward, and the heating worked perfectly. The price could be better. The house needs renovation and freshening up because everything feels old; the smell from the plumbing makes it hard to bear. A transit night is okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for any other stay. I’d give it a 7 with leniency. There are too many noise rules and restrictions on what you can do on the premises, which makes you feel out of place and not welcome as one would expect. In short, the owner must change a lot about the place and its relationship with guests. Overall, a negative experience; I didn’t even take photos because all I wanted was to leave as soon as possible.
