I want to thank all the staff—they were attentive and very polite, and the service was impeccable. The room was quiet, the bed linens were all clean, and we really liked it. Some issues: 1) The picanha steak we ordered was extremely tough and tasteless, though the other meals were great and the snack was very good. 2) The bathroom drain had hair in it, which is a bit unpleasant.

The internal communication among staff is terrible! The mattress is very bad, the sheets feel frozen. The floors are cracked, the lights and LED don't work. Cleaning is mediocre, and the breakfast coffee is cold.
