The location is good, the rooms are a decent size and clean. However, the staff—particularly a couple of receptionists—were very rude, not flexible or service‑oriented. The room décor was quite dark; lighter colours would feel more welcoming and soothing. Because they were renovating, a strong paint smell lingered everywhere.
