I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and kind staff, who communicated with me through Google Translate. The free laundry service was a lovely bonus. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of my room, particularly the dirty floor and unwashed bed sheets.

I must say that the hotel's location near a well-equipped beach, restaurants, and shops was a major plus. However, my stay was marred by a number of issues, including dirty rooms with walls covered in mold, a clogged toilet and shower, and a loud ventilation system in the bathroom. The staff seemed to be more interested in smiling and disappearing than actually doing their job, which included changing towels, water, and coffee, among other things.

I had a mostly great stay, enjoying various aspects of my visit, but I did notice that the cleaning wasn't done frequently enough. Overall, I was pleased with my experience, but a bit more attention to tidiness would have made it even better. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's other qualities. The stay was still enjoyable, and I liked many things about the hotel.

My stay at this family-run hotel and restaurant was truly unforgettable. The owner and her clever daughter, along with their assistants, were the epitome of kindness and warmth. They always greeted me with a smile and were more than happy to lend a helping hand whenever I needed it. The hotel's location was perfect, with the beach just a 4-minute walk away, offering complimentary sun loungers, and the city center of Venice within a 4-minute stroll in the opposite direction.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the free laundry service was a nice touch, although I was a bit surprised to find a stranger's t-shirt had been added to my belongings as a "gift". The menu prices were also reasonable, which was a relief. However, I did encounter some issues, such as not being able to check-in at night and having to request extra toiletries, as they weren't restocked after cleaning.
