There was a lot of variety and diversity, very complete. Products were always restocked frequently and the buffet area and lounge were always clean. Some staff seemed tired of tourists and their friendliness was sometimes less than desired, but overall everything worked in harmony.

The staff were great, but the room was old and smelled bad, the resort is old and needs to close because the RIO is making the country look bad, and I accidentally double‑booked and they tried to charge me for both stays, which is pathetic and very expensive for nothing.

The beach is amazing and the rooms are a good size with very friendly staff, but it wasn’t 5‑star quality: the pool chairs were low quality and dirty, the sheets in the room had many stains, and the food was not good.

Everything impressed me—from the location and staff to the entertainment, beach and food; the service quality was excellent and the reception team, especially Katia, was wonderfully caring. The only drawback was the lack of a late‑night mini‑buffet for guests arriving around 01:00 am.
