I have been here many times and normally pay an extra 15 € to check in earlier – that has always worked. This time it happened twice that a portly employee behaved very poorly. I broke my foot and have been writing messages since this morning, but I simply get no response. Because of this man I will give the hotel a bad rating on Google. I will never come to your hotel again.
