The location was really good and the staff were friendly and welcoming, but the breakfast didn’t live up to the price, offering a very limited selection. The shower in the room dripped, there was a hole in the wall patched with duct tape, a light bulb that didn’t work, and the bedside tables were broken—one was completely unusable. In the pool area, the shower in the ladies’ changing room didn’t work, and the single shower in the common area also failed.

We were upgraded to the executive suite at no extra cost because some rooms were rearranged to accommodate guests, which was great for us. The bed was huge, fitting four adults comfortably, and we slept so well. The room was spacious with a really good bed. We walked to the Italian pizza restaurant next door and it was excellent. I also liked how the hotel’s location made walking into the old town easy and enjoyable. Breakfast was just okay; it seems the hotel’s restaurant is struggling, offering nothing special and clearly in need of cosmetic renovation. The carpets and upholstery in the restaurant have terrible stains and are a bit gross.

The location is good and the pool is nice, not too large.
