“Satisfaction stay”

Clear check‑in instructions were provided and easy to follow; the location was convenient; the space was adequate for three people; it was well equipped with the necessary items; the window could not be opened.

“Bien pour 1 nuit !”

The place was in a quiet neighbourhood, 10 minutes from Ueno Station, and the owner gave good directions to find the apartment; there was no natural light because the opaque window was blocked, the toilet towels were too small for an adult, and the bedding was not great.

“Great stay in Ueno”

The building was newly renovated, communication was friendly, check‑in was easy, and it was close to Ueno Station; the elevator in the building was not clean.

The location was ideal for visiting Ueno and Asakusa, and public transport links to other sights were easy. The apartment was very spacious, the beds super comfy, and all amenities were present. The manager, who was number 10, let us in at 8:00 am, which was a lifesaver because we had left our apartment in Shinjuku that day and wanted to explore Ueno, Asakusa, and Akihabara; without that early check‑in we’d have missed the day. Everything seemed fantastic.

“5th floor in an apartment building with laundromat on the first floor. I wouldn’t really call it a hotel as there is no”

The place sits right next to Ueno station, the rooms were clean, the AC worked, and the beds were big and comfy. Checking in and out was a breeze. However, the room felt a bit cramped for four people, the kitchen lacked basic tools like knives and there weren’t enough plates or bowls for everyone. The street noise was a problem—especially from Sunday to Monday when trucks rattled through the night and the windows didn’t block the sound, despite the listing claiming soundproofing.
