Preeti is utmost lazy, she doesn't even want to provide the guests the meals the photographs of which they are using to lure customers, which were actually provided under the ownership of the previous owner. Preeti thinks it is her birthright to walk into guest bedrooms yelling and shouting at odd hours of the night and force them to consume her hospital like prepared food. Both of them are plain nasty, and howl at senior citizens and tell them they will bash them up at wee hours of the night, obviously under the predicament of narcotics.
