We spent a week with friends, taking three rooms in pairs. The hotel sits in a convenient spot for reaching main sights, with the Dante metro just a walk away, and a supermarket and other services only a few metres away. The staff we spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful, giving us a detailed digital city map. The rooms were spacious and pretty, just like the photos. However, because we stayed so long, we would have liked a towel change and the addition of a bidet wipe and shower mat. When we arrived, the rooms weren't especially clean and no housekeeping service was offered, which was particularly needed for the bathrooms. We suggest adding a shower caddy in the showers and checking the water pressure, as we struggled to adjust it. Finally, the beds weren't very comfortable due to the slats and mattresses.
