A breakfast included in the rate was good, but the cleaning of the rail and the glass door in the bathroom was lacking.

The location was very good, close to places to eat or drink, but I would only recommend a bit of maintenance for the bathroom, just in our room; what we liked most was the breakfast, everything was very tasty, and the staff were very friendly and efficient.

The staff were attentive, but I would like them to offer arepa as a breakfast alternative to wheat bread, since many of us don't eat wheat bread.

The staff—Vanessa, Yeimi, and Mrs. Esmeralda—are 20/10, very attentive and make you feel at home; they always go above and beyond to meet your needs.
