The host was friendly and welcoming, and the location was great, but the place was noisy because it sits on a busy street.

The spot was perfect for exploring the old town and the beach, and the hosts Eve and her son went above and beyond to make my visit to Nice unforgettable.

We decided to go to Nice on a whim and it turned out to be amazing; the room was nice, well air‑conditioned, and the location was perfect for city exploration. The host was very friendly and we’d definitely return. Meeting the cats was a lovely bonus. Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and everything was well taken care of. The bathroom was separate, requiring a walk through the hallway, but it was private. It felt like staying with a relative on vacation; the owner was very kind, and we could leave our luggage after check‑out without any trouble. Two cats made the trip even better. The location was excellent—everything was close, safe, and the nights were very quiet. In short, I recommend it!
