Breakfast was well served, the shower had hot water, Leonardo at reception helped me a lot, and I liked the room. However, a power outlet near the bed in room 201 wasn’t working, which was the main one and left me very dissatisfied. At one point we needed the hotel microwave; one staff member was helpful (since it was in the kitchen), but another got upset about heating lunch because the microwave outside wasn’t working well. We appreciated the effort, but there was no response, which upset me a bit, though the stay wasn’t ruined thanks to other helpful staff.

We liked the cleanliness and the service was a perfect 10; the space was wide and quiet, all the room equipment worked well, the staff were polite and attentive, and the services were executed very well, leaving us pleasantly surprised by the team's dedication.
