“Higiene muito fraca”

I liked the room – it was quite spacious, probably lucky because ours was the only large one. I didn’t see the others since I had no access, but they should have been small. The cleaning was awful: a piece of gum under the bed, dust everywhere, furniture covered in powder, a lot of cotton dust when I wiped it. In the bathroom we found feces, the shower was badly cleaned with a brown stain on the wall, the sofa had a strange brownish thing that looked like a stain with blood. The sheets seemed new, but I wasn’t sure. The bath towel had a little splinter.

“ESTAFA !!”

We went there. It’s a full‑blown scam! The room we got didn’t match any of the owner’s photos – it looked like a cave. No kitchen, utensils, or coffee maker; only a microwave, a kettle, and a mini fridge in the wardrobe (see attached image). No dining area, no washing machine, no ironing area – forget it. The room had one bed and a small sofa. The bathroom wasn’t the one in the pictures; the photos are fake (see real images). It smelled like rot, we were so disgusted we tried to stay out of it and definitely didn’t shower. The bathtub was nonexistent. The parking claim was false – it was just street parking, so you had to find a spot. When we arrived there was a puddle on the floor; the next day it was huge, coming from the wardrobe fridge. I warned the owner via WhatsApp and left, but the next day he called me in a bad tone saying “what did we do in the room that the floor was full of water?” and he wanted me to clean his mess – insane.

Good location. The room was very dusty, the building was rundown with broken locks, handles, and a bathroom sink.

Everything was very good, neat and clean. All basic items were available. I highly recommend it, and next time my first priority will be this accommodation. The sleepers were not available, so I recommended providing them in every room for easy toilet access.

The location was good. The environment in the house was terrible—other guests didn’t respect anyone, there was noise all night, there was a lack of hygiene products and cleaning, and the room didn’t match the listing; it was an apartment where several people of different races and cultures sleep, and the shared bathrooms were very unsanitary. The listing didn’t make it clear what kind of stay it was, which was very bad.
