Great spot, cool balcony, clean, hot water in the bath. The rating 9.2 shown online is misleading: the fridge didn’t work, the AC was loud, thin walls let in noise from the neighboring unit, the coffee station lacked cups and spoons and the water was unclean. There was no snack service even though it was advertised as available all day, and the host refused to help book a taxi to the airport.

מיקום מנצח. קרוב מאוד לרחוב המרכזי לחנויות למטרו. ככה שאפשר לקנות ולשים בחדר ולרדתשוב. אין חניות בנאפולי אז עדיף לסגור מלון בחוב המרכזי ויה טולדו. החדר הוא סטנדרט לא מעבר. אבל לא צריך יותר כי הגענו לחדר רק לישון. חשוב מאוד לבחור מיקום טוב

The breakfast wasn’t included in the price, so that’s the only thing you can judge – the location, nothing else. Everything else was poor: the room was tiny, had no chairs, no bedside tables, just a small table about a metre long and 30 cm wide that could only hold a few water bottles and other small items.
