The rooms were spotless, the views beside a field were lovely, and the layout and bathroom size were good; the staff and cleaners were polite. However, the place isn’t wheelchair‑friendly: stairs lack ramps, and there are three steps to the reception and property, plus one or two steps to enter any villa. Breakfast is on the second floor and requires an elevator. It’s a beautiful spot, so if you can manage the steps or get assistance, it’s acceptable.

The hotel was magnificent in a lovely garden, a clean, well‑furnished villa beautifully decorated, a great pool with relaxing loungers and even on‑site massages, a very varied and hearty breakfast, and we didn’t want to leave this little paradise away from Chiang Mai’s bustle (though a car or scooter is essential).

It was a super spot, very relaxing, with very kind staff and a real haven of peace; a bit out of the way, 20 minutes from town, but Grab rides between €2 and €5 are easily doable, and we really enjoyed it.

The room was spacious, surrounded by rice paddies and quiet; breakfast was a buffet with delicious daily options; the shower drain was faulty, the pool floor felt a bit slippery—perhaps due to the tiles—and it’s a bit far from town, so having a rental car would help.
