The fire crackling in the room at night, the calm, the spaciousness of the rooms, and the comfort of the bed and linens were all fantastic—what a beautiful place! I loved everything, but a few small things were missing: there are no hooks for towels or clothes in the bathroom, which is a basic necessity. Also, a proper turndown service would be nice—closing the curtains and putting fresh sheets on the bed. Finally, the lakeside restaurant would benefit from candles on the tables at night. These little details matter, even in a Relais & Chateau.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room cleanliness was very improvable, and the facilities overall lacked proper maintenance, especially the rooms.

It feels like a wonderful place, one I’ll definitely return to. The rooms are amazing, the setting is natural and beautiful, and it’s perfect for couples to rest without nighttime noise. Things that could improve: I think the hotel should be only adults, because children bother a lot at the pool and spoil the peace. The pool’s Spotify playlist is great but has very few songs and repeats constantly, which can get tiring. Also, during peak season there aren’t enough hammocks for everyone… otherwise, it’s an incredible spot.

“Un petit paradis”

The fact that the pool spots weren’t reserved and paddle was available free was great. The restaurant was exceptional. The hotel’s setting is magical and the cleanliness is very pleasant. The welcome note with fruit and wine was a lovely surprise. The room service was slow.

“Relaxing break”

I liked the relaxed vibe, the attentive staff, the views, and the lakeside restaurant. The rooms were super spacious and cookies were delivered to the room every evening. They need to improve breakfast: on our first morning they forgot to bring bread and butter/jam, for a good few minutes there were no plates or glasses for us to serve ourselves in the buffet, coffee was quite bad, and they could offer more selection.
