“Boa, porém já foi melhor!”
I had stayed at this hostel before and had a very good experience then, so this time I was a bit disappointed because the standard I knew had dropped. The bathroom, especially the shower area, was below my cleaning expectations, and there were spider webs on the room ceiling. Also, our room was next to the kitchen, and at times a volunteer was listening to music and singing loudly, which really disturbed my rest. Another point that caught my eye was the shared kitchen: when we used it we found pots and utensils with leftover food and apparently poorly washed, something I consider important in a place that offers a kitchen for guests. It’s a pity because I already knew the hostel and had a much better impression. I hope these points are reviewed, as I believe the place has potential to return to the standard it had before.
