We stayed here for four days and enjoyed our time, largely thanks to our host Omar, who was friendly, responsive, and helpful, always ready to assist. He arranged an iron, brought us a scale, and even made coffee on the rooftop, which we really appreciated. Our room, Essouira, was nicely decorated and functional, with a large, comfortable bed and good A/C, but it was small, and with our suitcases there was very little space to move. The biggest drawback was the lack of proper windows and ventilation: the only room window faced the interior of the riad, and the tiny bathroom window was too high to open, so the room stayed dark all day and humid, to the point that I woke up with damp hair every morning. The bathroom was basic but functional, with hot water; a shower shelf and a soap dispenser would be useful improvements. The room was cleaned daily, the bed was made, and fresh towels were provided each day. Breakfast was generous and filling, and the tea was amazing, but it was very sweet every day, so some savory options like eggs, cheese, or vegetables would have been welcome. Occasionally it was a bit noisy during breakfast, with the cleaning lady calling out to the cook, playing music from her phone, etc., which was a little distracting and felt somewhat unprofessional. Another noisy occurrence was groups of teenagers hanging out next to the entrance to the riad late at night; they were next to our bathroom window, so we could hear them. A tip for future travelers: keep any transparent plastic luggage covers safely tucked away, as the cleaning lady accidentally threw mine out, thinking it was rubbish. Overall, Omar’s hospitality made our stay enjoyable, but the small room, lack of ventilation, and other issues are worth considering when booking.

The staff were very friendly, everything was very clean and the room was very pretty. The beds were comfortable. We requested take‑away breakfast because we were leaving early, and they left it ready at reception. The location is just a few meters from Plaza Jemaa el‑Fnaa, which is perfect. It was a bit tight for three adults, but since we only stayed one night, it wasn’t a problem.

The structure is excellent, in a very quiet but central location. We stayed in room 3, which is small but comfortable. Omar, the host, made our stay magical with his super availability, affection, and pampering. We really enjoyed his stories and advice! If we return to Marrakech, we’ll definitely stay here again. The person who takes care of the Riad, Omar, is very helpful and attentive. He offered to pick us up at the taxi terminal in Marrakech during the early morning, which was a real bonus. Throughout our stay he was very careful, giving us suggestions and checking on how our days were going.
