During our stay, we asked for daily cleaning but the room was only cleaned the day before we left. We didn’t sign up for a cleaning schedule, yet it still wasn’t done. Every day we went to reception to request a clean, but nothing was resolved until the last moment because we asked right before the staff finished. There was no communication between reception and housekeeping.

The room location was fine and the parking fees were reasonable, but the pillows were soft.

The central location is great—close to the train station and shops. The entrance isn’t very appealing, and there’s a lift and steep stairs to reach reception on the first floor.

The location was excellent, the welcome was good, and the rooms were comfortable even if they weren’t perfectly sound‑proofed. Breakfast was good, though I could hear my room‑mates at night and it was a bit crowded.
