My kids and I were totally crazy about the young woman who greeted us and served breakfast. A bright smile and fresh answers and helpfulness. Lovely clean room. The breakfast area was a bit cold.

Nice location, lovely rooms. I had big problems locking/unlocking the door from the outside on the 49th floor. That should be fixed.

The breakfast was good, but in the evening we couldn't eat because we were referred somewhere else, which was a real disappointment after a long journey.
