The hotel sits literally on top of the Krka Park entrance, making it super easy to start hiking. Chickens and bunnies roam nearby. Be prepared for the mass tour groups that stay here and plan breakfast and checkout accordingly.

The hotel is labeled 4‑stars but feels more like a 3‑star. The room was adequate in size and decorously simple. The bathroom was a bit dated but clean and well arranged. The balcony was nice and looked out over the pool and the wooded RV parking. We only stayed one night, so we didn’t test the hotel’s facilities. Because it was a quiet morning in early October, the full buffet wasn’t open, but breakfast was still very good, varied, and plentiful. The staff were friendly. The location is excellent for visiting Krka Park, as the large parking lot is adjacent to the park’s parking. Some disappointment, however, comes from the overstated 4‑star rating.

The structure at the park gates boasts a nice pool and a good restaurant. The room is a bit old.
