The breakfast was very satisfactory, and the location was equally good. The staff were also courteous. In the room, which was very pretty and spotless, I couldn’t sleep because above the door there’s a large bright sign indicating the exit. Light‑sensitive people like me can’t sleep with that green light in front of them. Either the sign should be removed or sleep masks should be provided. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score. Also, since the hotel has an SPA, it would be nice to have 1–2 sample products (e.g., a hand cream) in the bathroom for guests to try and possibly buy.

אהבנו הכל. הצןות נהדר ושירותי מאוד, מפקיד הקבלה ועד מנהלת המלון החמודה שדאגו לעל דבר והיו נהדרים. החדרים יפים, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, בקיצור נהדר!!!!. את זה שהיינו רק שני לילות. הלוואי ויכולנו להשאר עוד. בקיצור, אהבנו הכל.!!!!

An absolutely amazing hotel that surpassed all our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms and overall experience were wonderful, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. The lady at the reception in the morning was exceptional – incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The evening staff were also excellent, but the service we received in the morning was truly unforgettable. As someone who travels a lot and stays in many hotels around the world, I can honestly say that the level of service here felt like a six‑star hotel. Amazing service, amazing people, and an amazing experience. Highly recommended!
