Janette, the staff member, was very helpful, kind, and accommodating, and I felt secure staying at Hampton Inn while traveling alone; the 24‑hour coffee and fresh baked cookies were a nice touch and breakfast was good; the elevators stopped working during my checkout, but they were fixed quickly.
