Nothing positive. The rooms were all moldy and didn’t match the photos; everything was in disrepair. Even the support team failed to help me get a refund for the booking. There were rats, parasites, and severe mold. The property is owned by a couple of Indians who seem to have no interest in guests’ well‑being.

The location is great, close to UKM and plenty of shops. However, only two thin pillows were offered, the curtains were already torn and worn, and there were just two power outlets.
