The location is excellent, the staff will do everything to make you comfortable and even drop off your car. The breakfast restaurant is outstanding, the place is lively, and the pizza and spaghetti on the street are superb. The street is bustling and lively. We loved everything; it's not fancy but meets all expectations.

The room is beautiful, modern, clean, and convenient, situated in a very central part of the city. The breakfast was excellent and arrived precisely at the agreed time. Parking is right at the door. The price‑to‑quality ratio is excellent.

Just a few steps from the main roundabout where vans and buses arrive and depart, and from the Pedonale, a lovely pedestrian‑only street. For vegans, a vegan‑friendly dumpling place is just down the street. Vera couldn't meet me herself, but her father handed me the key, showed me around, and even brought me an espresso. I chose this spot as a nice, comfortable place to stay before starting the alpine loop, and I couldn't have picked a better option!

A beautiful, clean, cozy, fully equipped apartment in a good location in Kutná Hora, close to the historic center. Everything was fine, we were satisfied, and I warmly recommend it.
