I’ve visited several times and still recommend it; the place is nice, the location is good, and the breakfast buffet is very good.

We were driving toward southern Europe, booked it again on the return trip, and it was fine.

The open nature is beautiful, spacious, and welcoming. The kitchen should stay open longer.

The hostel is in a very beautiful and quiet spot. The rooms were clean, spacious, and homely. I liked that the rooms were soundproof, so I could enjoy a peaceful rest. Around the hostel there are plenty of entertainment and relaxation options, so everyone can find something interesting. A great place to relax!

The room was spacious and nice, with a terrace overlooking the lake, a quiet view of the paddocks, and a very calm atmosphere. It felt like being in the middle of nowhere, even though the main road isn’t far by car. The shower cabin was big and good. The terrace door had a separate mosquito net door, so the door could stay open and at night only the top part was open (felt safer, even though I didn’t see anyone). The food at the restaurant was good, but the menu was quite limited. Free and spacious parking. The garden area was pretty, and next to it was a museum area made of old buildings. It was really nice and interesting. Most of the old buildings also had lights, so the exhibitions inside were well lit. On the other side of the garden there was a fairly large old car exhibition hall, for which you had to buy an entrance ticket for 8€. The cars were mostly Eastern cars and a few Japanese. The breakfast was fine, but gluten‑free options were very limited. The restaurant and breakfast were in a different building from the rooms, so you had to walk through the parking lot for breakfast. It didn’t bother me otherwise, but it’s not great in rain or cold weather. The room was minimal, no extra stuff, could add coziness by putting pictures on the wall and soft chairs.
