The place was fine, the air‑conditioning and cleanliness were good, but the water pressure in the toilet was extremely weak and there was no soap or tissue, which was a real inconvenience.

nothing at all. i did my reservation through booking site and got the confirmation e-mail and during i was in my way from cairo to Ras Elbar i got a phone call from the hotel saying that they do not have room for me . and all rooms are busy i told the front desk clerk that i am a few minutes from the hotel. then he said come and we will refund the money i told him that the reservation on the site is nonrefundable i insisted to arrive to the hotel. when i arrived the front desk told me that they are offering me a room in another hotel called Lebanon hotel and they will pay to them i was with my family and very angry. upset and exhausted from driving this long way So i have nothing but to accept the room on the other hotel that was a very bad experience had never happened to me before

When I arrived, my reservation was missing because the room had been given to another guest and there were no other rooms available, so they moved me to a nearby hotel for one night; the next day I had to check out early from that hotel, return to Marina, wait over two hours for my room to be cleaned, and finally get the key.
