If you just need a tidy, comfy spot to sleep, Capital Luxury Rooms is a solid pick; the room was spotless, quiet, well kept, and the beds were comfortable. It’s not a luxury resort, but it gives exactly what you need for a pleasant stay in Split—a good night’s sleep in a convenient spot. Keep in mind the rooms sit on the fourth floor with no elevator, which could be tough if you have mobility issues, heavy luggage, or use a wheelchair.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and modern. The property sits very close to the city center, but the claim of parking is misleading because there is no parking available. The fourth‑floor room in a building without an elevator made moving luggage up and down a struggle, and the thin walls in the residential building made it very noisy, so getting a good night’s sleep was difficult.

The place is close to all the important spots, clean, and simple. The only downside is that it’s on the third floor and the TV isn’t great.
