We spent three days at Titi Rooms while touring Cinque Terre. The spot is excellent—just a 5‑minute walk to the train station and a straight 3‑minute stroll to Spezia’s center, pedestrian streets, restaurants, and shops. The accommodation is new, with fresh tiles, paint, and so on. The bedding is superb, and housekeeping cleans daily. It’s incredibly clean—very tidy. The value for money is great. I’d recommend it without hesitation. It’s very quiet.

Great location, a few meters from the train station and the bar‑restaurant area. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, and excellent staff. Keep in mind there’s no elevator, but it’s on the first floor. Totally recommend it—100 %.

We had a great one‑night stay! The apartment was clean, comfy, and had two separate bedrooms, which was perfect for a short visit. The spot was superb—just a 5–10 minute walk to the train station, and the Old Town and main sights were all within easy reach. A nice bonus was the coffee machine and the tasty coffee it supplied, which was a real treat. Overall, we were very happy and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The room is well‑located, close to the train station, the historic center, and the sea. The bed was comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

“离火车站很近，一切都很方便”

Walking five minutes from the train station is super convenient. The room was spotless and the surroundings were quiet. The host was friendly. The only downside was that our room and bathroom were separate; even though the bathroom was private, it was a bit inconvenient at night.
