Compared to other 4‑star places in Palermo, this is the worst—definitely not a 4‑star. The rooms are old and ugly, the bathrooms are awful, and they’re tiny with no desk at all. The TV is terrible, showing only three channels. Breakfast is sparse, and the price is much higher than other quality 4‑star hotels in Palermo.

The location, comfy room, in‑room fridge and espresso machine, roof terrace, breakfast, and staff were all great. It’s an old hotel, the bathroom was a bit funky, and I had a hard time with the shower—the water temperature kept jumping from hot to cold.
