The sex with my man was great, but the bathroom ran out of conditioner.

Ok. This property was Springhill Suites and had been sold to Comfort Inn. They couldn't confirm our booking when I called two weeks before Aug. 28. I called Booking and was told it was taken care of. The next day I called Comfort Inn and was told they had the booking. When we arrived, three people checked in and said they did not have a booking. I showed them the e‑mail from Springhill Suites and from Comfort Inn. Then they found the booking and told me they would check if the Springhill Suites rate was lower than theirs. I told them it was paid in full and showed them my booking. The manager was very rude and gave us the key and said he would check on it. When we checked out he told me I was the person that had a problem. He said it was a Marriott problem. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn. Not sure about Booking.

The staff was truly great, but the breakfast I paid for had options that were not all that great.
