First and foremost, my thoughts are about the experience on the Tulip Cruise, because Doris needed repairs and we were lucky to get on the new Tulip with a superb crew. Everyone on board has one goal: to make you feel comfortable and to have everything you need. It was fantastic. I thank Celine for the care she gave in arranging the transfer to the Tulip and for the surprises she prepared (the bouquet of flowers, the room arrangement, and the birthday cake) and also thank Minni for looking after us on the ship. The whole team is wonderful!

“Best holiday stay ever”

The cruise was very lovely, the food was great, the atmosphere was amazing and the location was perfect. I wish we had stayed two nights instead of just one. The only downside was that the staff didn’t walk around the pool and all areas asking if you would like drinks.

The room was superb, the welcome was meticulous and the transit went smoothly (both the organization and the activity). The meals, especially the dinners served at the table, were a bit disappointing. I think local food would have been better.

“A fabulous mini cruise in Halong Bay”

We were surprised to receive an upgrade to the Presidents suite, complete with a massive deck on the bow of the boat and a private jacuzzi just for us—what a treat, thanks to Erina Cruise. The meals were tasty and offered a wide range of options. Our Butler Alex was outstanding, always ready to help and to explain the daily schedule. A huge thank you for making everything perfect, Alex.

It met expectations, the boat was nice, and the excursions were fun. Only the visit to the village itself was somewhat lacking. The bike ride to get there was the highlight.
