The front desk lady was beautiful and kind, very professional and helpful, explaining everything to me perfectly so I could navigate my stay. The window in my room wouldn’t open—probably stuck—but we eventually figured out the cooling system and kept the room at a nice temperature.

Service was very poor. I asked for an invoice twice and reminded the receptionist again at checkout, yet I still haven’t received it. It shouldn’t be this hard or take so long for a hotel to provide a simple invoice.
