The rooms were fine, but the location and surroundings were disappointing. We had to walk over 100 m to the breakfast bar instead of having it at the room, even though breakfast was included. The included breakfast only offered a cup of coffee and a croissant, so we felt cheated and overcharged for everything else we ordered beyond the voucher.

The room was clean, tidy and modern, with a view of the parking space, and the breakfast tasted good. Checking in was quite strange and unclear; we booked the stay around 10 am but arrived at about 5 pm and received no information about the check‑in process. We had to call the provided phone number ourselves, and only after calling the owner were the doors opened and the necessary instructions sent. This process was definitely inconvenient for guests, especially when the reservation was made in advance. The biggest issue was the noise, which prevented any peaceful rest. In another room, for 2–3 hours, very loud intimate activities took place, and due to the terrible sound insulation we could clearly hear them in our room. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable, ruining our sleep and leaving the whole evening ruined. Moreover, it seemed the cleaner started cleaning the room around 11 pm, which was also odd and inappropriate at that hour. All of this caused a lot of stress and completely ruined the night. Breakfast was tasty, but its organization was also disappointing. You have to walk about 400 m to the breakfast area, so it would be useful to be clearly informed about this in advance. When you arrive at the breakfast place, it wasn’t clear where to go or how the ordering works. The waiter asked what we would like to order, but we hadn’t even received a menu, and he didn’t speak English, so communicating was difficult. After the stay we received a message encouraging us to leave a 10‑point rating on the booking platform. Given our experience, the request to leave the maximum rating seemed inappropriate and did not reflect the real quality of the stay. We believe guests should be encouraged to leave honest reviews, not forced to give the highest score despite the problems we encountered. We expected a calm and comfortable stay, but instead we experienced a lot of stress and stayed sleepless. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to those who value peace, good service and quality rest.
