My wife and I had an amazing stay at Safari Glamping in Bidiyah, Oman; it was honestly one of the best desert experiences we’ve ever had! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful location and peaceful atmosphere to the breathtaking starry sky, fun activities, delicious food, and the outstanding hospitality of the entire team. A truly special experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for an unforgettable desert getaway. Thank you to the wonderful team! This place truly deserves all the support and appreciation. We will definitely be back!

Only two tents and four cabins were available, which was really nice! We were offered camel riding, but it wasn’t forced. At the welcome we received plenty of water, coffee and dates, and the locals were genuinely friendly. Unfortunately we were housed together with a Polish tour group that was polite but talked nonstop from the afternoon until late at night and again from 05:00 am until our departure. Even when we went to the dunes at sunset, three chatty women followed us, standing on the same dune and the one before it. I know the camp can’t control this, but it heavily affected my rating. I would have liked the dinner time to be more flexible, both to escape the group’s noise and because 20:00 h was personally too late for me. It would have been better to dine outdoors or in a large tent rather than on a flimsy, plastic‑covered table inside a cabin. Offering guests the option to wear Dishdasha and Abaya would have helped. I felt the overall “desert experience” was missing. At night the camp finally quieted down, but even with a new moon it wasn’t as dark as expected; a faint glow was visible on the horizon. Still, the stars were exceptionally clear.
