I appreciate the reception staff who speak with me respectfully. I don’t like the washroom water that floats and makes me slip gently.

The location was convenient and the ambience was great, with solid room facilities. The bathroom felt smaller than I’d expect for a 5‑star hotel, and the veg lunch buffet price could have been lower.

The location was great. I can’t recall any negatives.

I was disappointed that there was no Android TV, making it not worth the price.
