The reception staff were friendly, the hotel stayed clean, and breakfast was really good. The only downside was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

La colazione e la posizione. Staff cordiali e disponibile. Le foto della camera prenotata non corrispondevano alla realtà così come i mq della camera. No insonorizzazione

The location was great. Unfortunately the building feels old and doesn’t quite match a 4‑star standard; the elevator is very small and sometimes you have to wait a long time to get on, which is a disadvantage when you have a small child and a stroller.

The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The cleaning crew seemed a bit disorganized.
