This place is perfect! Nice location, everything is near. The host is very friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop is beautiful. 100% recommended!

Absolutely nothing! The place is unsanitary, falling apart, moldy walls, sheets and pillows with bad odor used by previous guests. Shared room, where there was sexual harassment! Bathroom in no condition for use! The listing photos do not match reality. A place where dirty and drugged people live!

“AMBIENTE NOJENTO, FEDIDO, MA DEU NOJO!”

The photos don’t match reality. I stayed in the last room, so far everything was fine. But the sheets stink! The bed stinks! The pillow stinks! I saw that there were other rooms, and I saw that it was a little more reasonable, but the paint on all the walls was dirty, mold stains, the walls have a smell, a bad smell even! I felt like a roadside motel. To get to the last room, we passed by the “laundry 🧺” which had a washing machine. But it was in an open area that smelled and consequently, the floor and walls were full of mold, a lot of sludge. A lot of trash, the rest of the material is old furniture and wood with rats and cockroaches. It’s a dark and gloomy environment, the location wouldn’t be the problem, but the conditions are BAD!!! The kitchen made me nauseous to cook. I booked for 6 days and on the 2nd day I left, and I saw other guests doing the same thing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!. NOTHING! The environment has BAD SMELL, full of sludge and mold!

I want to thank Carlinhos for the hospitality, my stay was very good, it got even better with the human and hospitable treatment. Thank you very much, I will be returning soon.
