We were really let down by this place, which promised a lot but delivered very little. The facilities were non-existent, the breakfast was subpar, and our overall experience was a huge disappointment. It's clear that they're not putting in the effort to provide a good service, and it's a shame because it could be a great spot with some investment.

“Terrible”

We were shocked when we arrived to find that the hotel staff had no idea we'd made a booking. It was like they'd never even seen our reservation before. Needless to say, we didn't stick around to find out how they'd handle the rest of our stay, and we left without checking in.

“Just okayish , won’t be staying again there”

The dining area was a highlight, and the balcony view was lovely, but unfortunately, those were the only positives. The rooms were a letdown, with poor lighting and no option for smaller rooms - only suites were available. It was a shame because the potential was there, but it just didn't live up to our expectations.
