The place was spotlessly clean and right near the Colosseum; Fabrizio was incredibly helpful, offering tons of restaurant tips that made the trip enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back if I visit Rome again.

This was honestly one of the best stays we had in terms of location and everything else—just a stone’s throw from the Colosseum, visible straight out of the accommodation, with other sights nearby; the owner was very friendly and reached out by phone, the room had all the essentials, even a mini fridge and strong air‑conditioning, plus a shared lounge with a larger fridge for storage—highly recommended for the price and what it offers.

The place was renovated and in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was in a communal room with full access and availability. The host was very helpful, very friendly, and gave us incredible support before our check‑in time, which was crucial for us who were extremely tired after a whole day of travel. Thank you! It was a bit far from Rome’s main attractions, but you could walk (20 minutes) to Roma Termini. We had to take motorised scooters every day to get around, and that turned out to be the best way to connect with the city.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and absolutely not noisy. The location was perfect: close to the Colosseum and centrally located, so you can reach many sights easily. And Fabrizio… what a wonderful host! From the first contact he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even before we arrived he was already thinking with us and gave us tips for renting a car. During our stay we could always turn to him and he helped us with everything. You can tell he cares that his guests have a good time. We felt welcomed right away. In short: a great apartment, a perfect location, and a fantastic host. We would definitely come back. Grazie mille, Fabrizio! ❤️
