The hotel feels young and lively, colorful with original touches, and simply delightful. Mamma Anna and her daughter Francesca are perfect hosts who care deeply about guests. You truly feel at home, and we’re happy to return because the location right by the lake and the holiday‑like atmosphere are wonderful. For dog lovers, the hotel is ideal, but if you’re not used to dogs it can take a little getting used to.

The dream spot right on Lake Garda with a private beach stretch and its own dock. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Francesca and Anna who took care of us warmly and personally. Breakfast was freshly served at each table from a menu card and was a nice change, definitely not disappointing. Our balcony with lake view was especially lovely. My pet allergy was handled with great care. Overall a very family‑like and warm vibe. The house is a bit dated in some places, which you can see. Still everything was clean and well maintained. When we booked, it wasn’t clear that the property was listed as pet‑friendly on its own website, while the listing said no pets were allowed. That info is crucial for allergy sufferers. The team handled the situation very carefully.

The hotel’s location is great, right on the promenade and a small private lake area with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for all guests, so you could always lie by the water. Breakfast every morning was delicious and the restaurant food was also excellent. We booked a small room with a French bed for two. Online it’s listed as a single room but still described as suitable for two, which we relied on. In reality it was really, really tiny for two people. There was only a coat rack, no chair, no full‑length mirror and very little storage, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. The bathroom was simply too cramped for two.
