The location was fantastic: the metro exits straight onto the hotel, all room amenities are present, and the rooms are clean. The staff were very helpful. The only drawback for me was the stairs to the restaurant, which is a problem for people with mobility issues. Overall I’d give it over 9 out of 10.

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was good. No complaints.

I stayed in a great place, close to the Tower, with very friendly staff. Will come back again.

Great location, design was really nice. Roof bar had great views. Breakfast area felt a little like a canteen layout, however food quality and variety were excellent
